The CDBS provides eligible children up to $1052 in free dental* benefits for a range of services including examinations, x-rays, cleaning, fissure sealing, fillings, root canals, and extractions.
Eligibility is assessed by the government, which can be checked at my.gov.au or by calling the Medicare general enquiries line on 132 011.

Usually, you don’t need to apply or register for CDBS. Services Australia will notify you if your child is eligible, either electronically or by post. Your child may be eligible for the CDBS if during the relevant calendar year.

They will advise the best teeth whitening system for you, (either an in-chair or a take home whitening treatment) and will answer any questions you may have.
We also provide dental treatment to Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) card holders, bulk bill dental treatment for eligible children through the Child Dental Benefits Scheme (CDBS).
